Why would it matter? Lets assume that curb weight is dry weight. Add 150lbs for a full tank of fuel and a few lbs for the rest of the fluids. Do you really want to be cutting lift capacity close enough to care if your gas tank is full or not?

It matters because I want to know, is curb weight dry or wet?

Curb wieght is usually wet. And everything full.
