Vibration issues with less wheel backspacing?

New wheels are lug centric. Stock ones are hubcentric but with conical lug nuts.

Even with my rear axle shaft fixed.....they are still wobbling a bit. This isn't my $3k jeep. I think my $30k truck could ride without the wobble. I don't mind harsh or noisey, but the wobble is just not right.
