Default weird stuff happened to me today.

Guys,
I was at a stop light and when the light turned, went to accelerate to make a left turn and the truck was really sluggish...almost didn't want to go anywhere and I thought I was gonna get clipped by another car....Stopped again at another light and tried to gun it this time my esp lights came on as my tires chattered on the dry pavement. Kinda spooked me. Weather conditions were 29 degrees and a very few flakes of snow coming down. Truck had been sitting all day and when I first started it up, and make a left turn out of the school parking lot, steering felt kinda stiff. Anyone have anything like this happen to them. I got the recall notice, but have't had a chance to get it to the dealer to get whatever the work is done.

thanks for reading,

Dave

i made a right turn yesterday after following a brake happy women, when i went to turn to go around her my truck stalled out, didn't shut off thank god i was turning onto a highway but anyway my guess the trucks torque management system that we have is or has some kinda smart technology were it assumes the way we drive and what happened is the truck wasn't ready for the increase in gas going into the engine and it freaked out shutting it down to a stutter. sounds reasonable doesn't it or am i that nieve and it could be a worse problem don't know.

Get it to the dealer, let them figure it out before you stall in front of traffic and get run over, or worse, get yourself into a BAD accident/killed.

All this "SMART" technology is going start getting people killed...!!!!!
The "SMART" technology syndrom is how they`re dumbing down america.
Ther are so many stupid people in the world today, so they think we need automobiles that can do EVERYTHING for you. Eventually, we wont even need to know how to drive or even need drivers license`s. With how dumb people are today, probably not a bad idea afterall, to not let them drive.

hell i'm always getting gas but now that i think about it i had gotten gas from a different shell station probably 3 hrs before this happened. i've gotten bad gas before its close to the symptoms but i don't think it was the problem. i think the truck was just jumped to hard after starting and stopping for so long. it hasn't happened since, plus i swapped out my AT3030 muffler back to the stock barrel to see if anything will change haven't noticed yet except its quite.
