Will 3rd gen wheels fit 4th gen?

Will wheels (20") from a SRT10 (3rd gen) fit our 4th gen CC?
(I think they have also been on a Durango?)

Yes, but 20" SRTs are not techincally OEM wheels, they only came in 22". You are looking at replicas.

They are not SRT/OEM Wheels, but they have been mounted on a SRT10...

Just didn't know if it was the same bolt pattern, offset etc?

yes they are. 5x5.5. I cannot tell you what the offset is but it will fit your truck if it fit a 3rd gen

Yes, I ran a set for over a year before getting the 24s. Now they're stacked in the garage. Mine did rub the sway bar at full lock with the factory tires.
