Default 09 Ram Problem

This has happened twice to me now in the past month. Randomly my trucks headlights and other exterior lights will come on and the front windows will go half way down with no one around the truck. Has anyone ever heard of this problem or experienced it?

Sounds like you are pressing your key fob on accident. If your EVIC is setup as i assume, then unlocking your truck will turn on your exterior lights. Holding down the unlock button on the second press will roll down your windows until you depress.

A compromise would be to cut a short piece of that foam insulation you get to put around water pipes and slip it over the button area of your key fob. Takes up more space in your pocket but keeps you from accidentally pushing the fob buttons. Simply slide the foam off when you really want to unlock or lock the doors.
