Default Bilstien Height Adjustable Shocks

Has anyone tried these? I bought a set for the front and they're going on tomorrow, as long as I dont hear anything bad from you guys. They are height adjustable from 1/2" up to 2 3/4". Let me know what you know.

Thanks!

no but heard great reviews from others. from what I understand it is a better option than a leveling kit.

i've heard mixed reviews.. some of the guys have a shutter issue in 2wd and in 4wd let us know how they work out for you. i'm up in the air about a leveling kit if i wanna go spacers or the 5100 shocks.

You bought them and then asked for opinions? Might as well put them on now....

Mixed reviews, some people are getting shutter issues and others have none

Yes, yes I did. As you can see I am a new member. I havent been on this forum for long. I ordered them before I was a member. Thanks for your opinion.

It also seems that if you're going to get the 4Hi shutter, you're going to get it with whichever lift other than a full susp lift. I've read where some of the spacer guys have also got it. Thoughts?

I was thinking about getting replacement shocks instead of spacers to level my truck.
Except I was gonna go with these http://gorancho.com/suspension.php?m...1500#quicklift

Yeah baby! Got them put on and all is good in the hood. I've got about 40 miles on them with about 5 of them on a dirt road loop in 4 hi. I got up to about 50 mph in 4 hi with no signs of a shutter. Rides a little firmer, which I really like. Felt way too squishy before. It sets pretty level right now. I have the rear Ready Lift in the garage thats 1.5". Still debating with myself if I should put that on or not. I'll drive it like this for a while and see. No hurry!
So far, 2 thumbs up for the Bilstein 5100 setup!
