Default Back window seal leaking

O.K. so i'm washing my truck in one of those new brushless care washes, the kind that use high power water, anyway about 1/2 way through i noticed out my rear view that there is water not moving with the spray it was dripping on the inside in the corner near the sirius antenna the guy at the was said that it was probably the seal doesn't matter cause the head liner got soaked the rear seat got soaked the carpet behind the seat got soaked. Should i take it to the dealer and get everything replaced due to mold issues.

its most likely your third brake light leaking and not the window there is a rrt out for the brakelight but all the dealer does under the rrt is apply some silicone which you can do yourself

You having a 2009, I would assume that they should replace all that was affected by your leak. I would think that they are going to try and give you some b.s. about how and why they cant do it blah blah. But your warranty should cover the leak.

Ther is a service bulliten for this leak for the 2009 trucks
Search on the forums for "third brake light gasket leaking"
Copy the bulliten number and take it to your dealer, then they cant bullshiit you about not fixing it

Be aware that the dealer wont do a dammmm thing about the water that has already entered your truck

Unless you actually have mold issues you can't expect the dealer to replace everything. I would expect them to fix the leak and dry out everything but not replace it unless there is actual damage.
