Well I know if u hit the unlock button twice real quick an hold it down the front windows roll down n stop when u let go. Next did u have key fob in pocket or some where it could have been pressed by accident .

I put a piece of that foam pipe wrap insulation on my key fobs around the button area - it takes up more space in your pocket but keeps you from accidentally pressing one of the buttons. It's easy to slide it off the fob when you're ready to use it. Maybe your truck is confused due to one or more buttons being pressed for a long time. Did you try disconnecting the battery for a while to reset it?

Read the first reply, that is why.

As for your remote start, it will not start if the windows are down, at least I think it will not. Look on your EVIC when you try to remote start, it may give you a clue.

I had the exact same problem and for the life of me, I couldn't figure it out. It's your key fob. If I got within 20 feet of the truck with the fob, the windows would roll down, the lights would go on, and the doors would unlock. Nice feature when you're parked in downtown Seattle. Half expected to come back and find 3 bums asleep in the truck, but I think everyone thought it was a bait car.

Anyway, I ended up having to wrap my fob in freakin aluminum foil and keeping it in the house, and then switching to my spare fob. Haven't had the problem since. I haven't made it down to the dealer yet to get the orginal fob fixed.

I would think the dealer could kill that feature if you don't like it.

It wasn't a "feature." I used the term sarcastically. The fob would do this *without* pushing any of the buttons. So the scenario was:

1. Lock truck, and walk away.
2. Get 30 feet from the truck, and the fob rolls the windows down, unlocks the doors, and turns interior and exterior lights on.
3. Come back to truck and notice everything is not how you left it.

The fob did this with zero input from me.
