nuthin at all!! all it would be is locating the bumpers n taking old ones off n putting new ones on. i did a body lift on my 2010 ram n the bumpers r easy to take off n on. like 6 bolts up front n i think 4 in the rear. but up front u have to take ur grille off that lower plastic peace n that makes it somuch easier to put back on. to do it all would take no more than like 2hrs tops!!

The rear is a one-for-one swap, but I don't think that's the case with the front. Many people have asked about this, so do a search for similar threads. Anyway, I believe the finds were that the Sport has additional supports since it's a plastic piece, unlike the rear which is metal, but painted. The plastic up front requires the additional parts in order to meet crash ratings. I'm pretty sure one of the threads actaully contained a parts blowout of all the parts needed. It's not crazy expensive, and is do-able, but it's just not a direct swap.

The thread above is correct it is not just a direct swap. There more than just one part needed for the swap. On the other dodge forum we had a thread going and the swap is in upwards of 800 and up

i did this swap about 10 months ago. Correct the rear is a direct swap. The front on the other hand is not. There are new support brackts that are needed for the sport bumper. The cover its self is only about 160 bucks, the cost comes in on paint and labor. I wish i still had the diagrams and parts list for this. I sat down with the shop manager at the Dodge dealership and we made and list and got it done. I'll look around and see if i can find the parts list.

If your looking to just paint it, you could get a TRX bumper and paint that, its the same bumper but in Mineral grey, alot easier to paint then chrome!

You can find the parts online too, alot cheaper then going to the dealership. Like here for example- http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...?siteid=214650 they offer 30% off dealer!
