I contacted the merchant that sold me the Firestone Coil-Rites. The service rep asked that I give him a couple days to get Firestone to respond to my complaint. They did not respond.

Here is the latest email from the merchant:

Good morning, I know they are busy but they need to be able to make a phone call to one of there customers. I tell you what, if they don't contact you by the end of the shipping day today I will just send you out a replacement kit from our warehouse and deal with them on the warranty end of things. Its 8:41 right now local time, if you do not here from them by 3:00 my time which is Mountain Standard Time than email me back and I will ship them from here. Sound good?

THE MERCHANT IS: SUSPENSION CONNECTION (dot) com and I thought I would give them a plug for their cooperation.

THEY ALSO SELL THE AIRLIFT BRAND. (hint-hint)

Air Lift 1000's ordered! I have been waiting for a long time to place this order. I was looking at the Firestone bags but there seem to be complaints about them and I have never heard anything bad about the Airlift bags.

Wish someone made a set for us lowered guys. Most are for stock springs in the rear.

I know it's difficult to get accurate and precise specs but it may be possible to find a set for a different vehicle which requires shorter air bags that would fit.

i have the firestones, easy to install and only issue i had was that i cut the hose a tad off going into the bag so it leaked but that was fixed after i thought the bag was busted and firestone sent me another bag free of charge(i now have a spare)

i like that the hoses are not connected and i fill each bag separately

this is with our competition bbq trailer which is 5000 or so pounds and my truck is leveled and bags at 30psi

That is where I ordered my Airlift bags from. I also ordered a .75" spacer from top gun today to slide in there when I have the springs out.

I went ahead and ordered the air lift kit and an on-board compressor.

Exclamation Airlift bags in 2011 crew cab 1500 4x4

Got 10,300 miles on the truck and now the 3rd set of airlift failed today at 10,300 miles, first 2 sets failed on drivers side, 1st was on top from bag being pinched between fill block and a coil ring at 7200 miles, 2nd set failed on drivers side on bottom of bag at 7200 miles, 3rd set Airlift changed to the longer version bag at 11.5" with 1/2" nylon filler block, it fits inside the coil saddle rubber but that set failed today on the right side at bottom of bag. lots of pics on last 2 sets during install and after fail.
Factory is hopefully sending 4th set tomorrw, but I am really getting tired of changing them but have it down to a science now, i pull the coils to do it, simpler and less likely to damage the bag. Kit 60818 on all 3 but the first 2 had the short bags at 8.5" with the 3" black filler blocks, last set was longer bags at 11.5" with 1/2" nlon filler block that fir nicely inside the saddle boot.
Hope this helps, I am not giving up on Airlift but hope they help me get it fixed, or find a set of firmer coils and voila no more air issues

Check out the thread posted a few days ago "Firestone coil to air conversion" might help you decide.
