Truck won't pass emission inspections, WTF?
That is the message given when either codes have recently been reset or the battery was recently unhooked. Have any of your mods been recent and perhaps the battery was unhooked when the mod was performed? It may take several drive cycles of mixed highway and city for the monitors to say ready. Personally, I don't think it's your CAI. I could see how that may cause someone to fail a visual inspection in some states, but that's not what caused your truck to fail n
They shouldn't, as long as you don't mess with the Cat. convertor. but this truck is basically stock, other than the CAI, wich should not have any affect at all on the emissions, it only alloows more air going in and has no affect on exhaust going out.

No, no recent mods, and I did already drive it around for a week before taking it back in for another test, and still the same thing. They said that some trucks can take over a week to reset, but I think something else is going on.
My main concern is that the desler is going to try to blame this on the lockpic, since that is the only that is not mopar and that they did not install. I don't see how a unit that overrides the gyroscope and allows me to hook up a playstation 3 could have anything to do with the main computer power supply or the sensors for emissions...?

you don't have anything to worry about; just needs to be driven for a bit like the comments say. deq can tell when you have reset your computer to help prevent someone from trying to pass with a check engine light that keeps coming on. you should have asked them how many hours of operation is needed before it will pass
Did you check the system yourself as it tells you in the owners manual. The only other possible thing you could do is get a scan tool, and plug in to see how it reads your engine components, and performance.
