You really can't air down much with 20" wheels unless you have 35" or larger tires, plus you shouldn't ever run at less than 50% of the max tire pressure listed on the side of the tire on pavement anyway.

You'd come out way ahead of the game if you just put about 200 lbs. of weight in the bed, over the rear axle when the roads are bad...
