Default Getting the runaround - wheels/tires. HELP

I've got an 09 TRX4 4x4 Quad Cab with a Rough Country 2.5" leveling kit in it among other upgrades. I recently had a set of 18" wheels and 325/60/18 tires installed (12.79x33.35). Town fair tire had to put spacer plates on to get the tires to clear the suspension (6mm). I get a hell of a vibration when in 4 wheel drive from the front wheels. Other than that, no rubbing, tracks great, love em. Now Town Fair is telling me the biggest tire I can put on that truck without a vibration is 275/70/18. This is basically the stock tire, but 1" taller. I want a set of wheels with more of an offset that don't need spacer plates as I think that is the issue. I've never needed spacer plates on a truck before. Any help or suggestions for wheels would be greatly appreciated. If I'm wrong tell me, but I think they are feeding me a line so they don't have to give me a new set of wheels. I don't see why those tires would ever be too big as I've seen much bigger on the same truck. THANKS MUCH!!

The vibration is from your leveling kit not your tires. Do a search on leveling kits and you will see many with the same problem. Worst part about yours is its a TRX and they have the most problems after a leveling kit.

Yep, been a problem ever since they went to coil overs from torsion fronts on IFS trucks in '06. Some level and never have a problem, others put a level on and have vibration from hell and often not just in 4WD mode. Only solution I've seen to date is removing the level kit...

I concur with the above. The problem is CV angles. The more spacer, the greater the angles become. The joints and cages start interfering with each other inside the boots, and causes this vibration.
