with 20" wheels I don't think it is ??? Maybe a few times a yr [3] would be ok. If I had a TT that was 5 tons , I would pull it with a 3/4 ton . Like I said I have a GREAT truck .

here is a link that lists the payload and towing capacity for the 4th gen 1500 trucks incase you didn't have it already. My truck with the 20" wheels and 3.92 gears is able to tow 9,900 pounds.

ok, I don't think I would pull a 5 ton TT , by the time its loaded , people , and so forth more than I would be willing to .
