Default Turn of the Tire preassure sensor?

In our Winter Wheels we havn't got any sensors for the tire presaure.
So everytime when the truck is started it gives an alarm about that.

Is there anyway to switch it of?

Is it possible to buy an extra kit of sensors and just mount them on the winter wheels for next year?

Doubtful, they are fed mandate now... so the dealership won't be able to disable it.

They cost $36 each, just ordered a set for this truck in our shop that is getting new wheels.

I don't have sensors in my winter wheels. On my truck, the EVIC does display a warning to "Service tire pressure monitoring system" and then flips to the tire pressure display showing all of the pressures as "--". I just hit the Back button on the steering wheel and it goes away.

I don't have a chime, or a dashboard light so it's not much of a nuisance to me.

You can buy TPMS sensors - just make sure to get the right ones for your year of truck. 2009/2010 RAMs require 433 Mhz sensors. Tire Rack has them for $176 for a set of 4.

Superchips has the ability to turn off the warnings.
