I have the non nav REN setup in my 09 Ram. On my last road trip, I received a call and hit the phone button to answer the call and nothing happened. Now when I hit the phone button, sometimes it takes a while to respond, anywhere from 15 to 30 seconds and sometimes responds immediately. Sometimes when requested by voice, it will dial a number and then die in the middle of the call. Another time, I hit the phone button, and the gal said I requested French language and started talking in French to me. Sometimes the phone works ok and sometimes not, very intermittent problem. Anyone had problems with the phone and voice response buttons on the REN? Wondering how difficult it will be to get this covered by warranty, as it will probably behave itself while at the dealer.
