Default Change Oil Indicator

Ive done a search with no luck, anyone know how to turn the change oil message off? i change my own oil and apparently more than factory specifies to.

Turn key on but dont start. Pump gas pedal 3 times then start. Should get rid of oil change message. I think you have to do this within the first 10 seconds but I usually wait until all the chimes go off first.

If I'm not mistaken you have to turn the ignition back off after you pump the gas pedal 3 times...

That is correct.Turn the key to the on position,depress the gas pedal 3 times within 10 seconds,and turn the key to the off position.......
