I called Firestone yesterday in the US and explained to them my coil rites basically self destructed. The first thing the guy asks is where do you live, when I told him Canada he said "yeah I thought so". Apparently they have received a lot of calls from customers and retailers over this issue. They will warranty them as long as I have a receipt of purchase, he said warranty is 2 years, and if the retailer has a problem with warranty that I could contact them direct and they would take care of this. They are presently having the manufacturer working on a different material that will stand up in cold weather which he figured should be avaliable in the next couple months. So I am gonna wait and see if they come up with something new and will likely run them in non winter months, which up here is like July and August. Nice to see there are still companies that will stand behind their product.

I installed the airlifts at 20psi and put 500 miles on them towing the RV in 25mph crosswinds. They stabilize better than the firestones and did not lose pressure.

Note: the airlifts are about 2" taller than the firestones.
