Default Gearing Dodge 1500?
What gearing came stock with a 1500 CC Hemi 4*4 in 2009?
I know i have the 3.55. was there a numerical lower gearing aswell?

3.55 is stock 3.92 option.

4.10 was available on one or more models and can be retrofitted as OEM or aftermarket.

4.56 is available as aftermarket only.

If you want to put a 2500 axle under it you could go lower maybe.

Do a google search on "dodge ram ring and pinion"

Well if you are talking numerical then there is a 3.21 gear available

If i built my own truck at dodge, I cant choose 3.21 gearing..

Is it only avalible after market?

If I remember right the 3.21 was only available on the 2X4.

I personally got a 3.92 in mine as an extra "option"... Truck moves! and tows great!
