Default New RRT

While I was at the dealer today finally getting the RRT for the exhaust manifold bolts done. The service rep. told me there is a new RRT out 11-017. She said they did not have any information about it just the number. Does anyone else know anything about this RRT.

Weird, I looked them both up (11-017 and 10-009) and 11-017 is included in 10-009. Here's the top of 11-017

SUBJECT:
Engine Ticking Sound In Cold Temperatures
OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves replace the exhaust manifold bolts for cylinders 7 and 8 with new
stainless steel higher strength bolts.
MODELS:
2009 (DS) Ram 1500 Pickup
NOTE: This bulletin applies to vehicles equipped with a 5.7L engine (Sales code EZD
or EZH) built before August 14, 2009 (MDH 0814XX).
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Some Customers may notice a ticking sound heard at start-up in cold ambient
temperatures. This sound could be less noticeable as the engine warms to normal
operating temperature. This condition may be caused by broken or loose exhaust manifold
bolts for cylinders 7 and 8.

Yeah I had that done too. One bolt was broken and they "said" they had to drill it out. When it gets cold up here I still get ticking noise out of my engine. Then again I get it most of my cars until the oil gets around the engine and wars up
