Default Tire sensor light

So, I took my truck to the dealer on Monday for my rims corroding and they replaced all 4 rims. Now my tire pressure sensor light comes on and stays on. They said that it should reset itself because they changed out 2 or the sensors. So far it hasn't, so I am wondering if I just unhook the battery for about 10 mins or so do you guys think it would just reset itself, or should I take it back to the dealer and have them do it?

You can try clearing memory by unhooking negative cable, turn key to start, turn key off, hook battery back up.Test drive.BUT the sensors should reset in a just a few miles of normal driving. If not its back to the shop. They must have broke the sensors dismounting the tires.I'm told it happens a lot with either inexperience or older tire equipment.

have you checked the pressure? On my truck on a cold day the sensors tripped at around 33 lbs. if the tire pressure is over 35 then they should reset after a few minutes of driving.

Since they put the tires on, I have driven over 100 miles, they did replace 2 of the sencors when they put the tires on. I got to work the next day after they put them and checkd the tire pressure and all 4 tires are around 40 psi. I will try the battery thing this weekend and see if that helps. If that dosen't work, then it is going back to the shop.
