Default Ventilated seats on remote start

Does anybody know how hot it needs to be outside before the ventilated seats come on with remote start?

Remote Start Comfort Systems — If Equipped
When remote start is activated, the heated steering
wheel, and driver heated seat features will automatically
turn on in cold weather. In warm weather, the driver
vented seat feature will automatically turn on when the
remote start is activated. These features will stay on
through the duration of remote start or until the ignition
switch is turned to the ON/RUN position.
The Remote Start Comfort System can be activated and
deactivated through the Electronic Vehicle Information
Center (EVIC). For more information on Remote Start
Comfort System operation refer to “Electronic Vehicle
Information Center (EVIC)/Customer-Programmable
Features (System Setup)” in “Understanding Your Instrument
Panel”.

I know all of this but I'm not sure mine is working anymore. It was 80 degrees out yesterday and no ventilated seats with remote start. A few weeks ago it was 85 outside and I also had know ventilated seats with remote start. Last summer they worked everytime I remote started my truck but have run into issues with remote start comfort control setting and am trying to verify if I have a problem or not.

The heat turns on when its 40 degree or colder, the vented part is suppose to activate at 70 degree or warmer I do believe.

Did you have the recall HVAC flash done? Just curious because I noticed my heated seats arent as hot since I had mine flashed. I'm wondering if the vented seats are affected too.

Yeah I had the recall done but the vented seats worked after that. It may just not be hot enough here yet, I know last year when it was 90 and up they worked fine.

Which version of the Dodge do you have. On the Laramie with leather seats they had a recall on fixing the cushions. Its possible if you have a Laramie and if the dealer change the cushion by accident they unhook your seat comfort system.

Customer Satisfaction Notification K10

2009 model year Ram trucks equipped with perforated leather trimmed bucket seats may tear during normal usage.

Dealer will replace both driver and passenger seat cushions to correct this issue.

I don't know if this apply to other years.

Also start your truck with the remote start, open the door and look to see if the vent button is on.

Ther last thing I would inspect is if your remote start comfort system is on, look in the EVIC and see if it check to say it on.

There is no recall for the seats on my truck since it is 2010 model. As far as I know recall is for 2009 only. The evic shows comfort setting is on and I check the button every time I get into truck with remote start activated. I don't know if I have a problem I am just wondering at what temp the cooled seats are supposed to turn on. Like I said they worked last year but it was around 85 degrees here a few weeks ago and the seat was not on.
