I wouldn't really consider changing your oil to synthetic a "mod", nor would that have anything to do with your wheel bearings going out. This should definitely be covered under warranty. Take it to the dealership and have them fix it.

I can't believe the terrible luck you're having with these trucks. Almost makes me think maybe it's not the truck. hmmm...lol
