I was at the dealership today looking at new vehicle prospects and I saw a 2011 RAM sport reg cab 4x4 with leather interior. I tried to build my own ram on dodges website, and it doesn't show leather to be an option for the reg cab sport.... anyone seen this before? Maybe its a limited edition, or something... im not sure.

Does anyone know if you can order it with leather???

 

I just tried it on both the US and Canadian sites and the reg cab 4x4 doesn't appear to have a leather option. The sport premium package only appears once you jump into the qc and cc models.
I thought for sure you would be able to get it. Maybe it's worth a call to the stealership?

 

I mean, I know for sure that the one they have in stock had the leather, but just like you, I couldn't find it on their website. Its weird.....

 

Many times, the dealer can order things, when you can't on the website. There are many options available we just don't see.

 

Never heard of that in the rc. The sport comes with the standard sport seats, which are "leather" trimmed wit cloth inserts. If they are 100% leather what did the window sticker say in options? What dealer? We can lookup the sticker on the web. They could have been added at the dealer as well, but I am 99% sure the factory did not do it. The sticker will tell the story.

 

Not sure if the window sticker states it... ill be back there tomorrow so I will check it out again

It is Golling Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Bloomfield hills mi off of telegraph. I believe the stock number for it was 116747..... don't quote me on that though. I assumed it was the leather package because it even had a leather piece in the dashboard. Looked nice

 

Ok back at the dealership... the seats are the leather trimmed seats with cloth inserts as stated earlier. The leather dash pad that I thought came on it is actually just a dark dash insert, with faux stitching on it. Still nice, especially since I wanted my dash all dark, and this has that.

 

Must have been this one. That is a BASE Sport. 0 options!! Although it does come fairly fairly loaded. The hitch, gears, remote start, hood would be nice add-ons though.

Yes, the top part of the dash is stiched and wrapped in a "leather" type cover. That is standard on Sport and Laramie.
