The Superchip 91 tune dyno for 2009+ is correct. If you need any help with your Superchips tuner, when it arrives, shoot me a PM and I'll help you.

In regards to RAMOIL. He was offered a full refund by Superchips in August 2010. Well outside his warranty period. He declined the refund and now complains on any forum he can that his Superchips doesn't function. Why someone would decline a refund for something they claim doesn't function is confusing to say the least?

I bought the diablo for my 09 as it was first to market. I had ping issues and my fuel saver light no longer functioned correctly.

I switched to sc when it came out, no more ping.

I would say out of the box the diablo had a little more, likely a result of a different shift schedule. Once I put my own shift schedule on the sc I have to say the sc is now a better tune.

I am not the only one on this site that went from diablo to sc on a 4th gen, however I would guess diablo fixed their canned tune by now. In my opinion it was rushed is all.

Go to YouTube and lookup 09 RAM from a 20mph roll. That is my truck with diablo at the time. Sc is just as strong.

I heard the same, my bro tested for knock and said it was running perfect but he bought his some time after the initial release, definitely no excuse in premature release with issues. I bought my SC off of kijiji for $160 since my bro recommended it for everyday driving but it sucks when we line our trucks up against each other and his 3.55 geared truck destroys my 3.92 gears, used to be the other way around before he bought his DSP lol

I'm not knocking SC tuner it works great as a daily driver but going full out racing i think DSP got the market. I hope SC gets the WOT shifts fixed so i can show my bro how nice my tailgate is

Right guy. Most likely his brother posting the same videos and then claiming it's not him. You did the same thing on the Superchips forum.

Send your brother this message. Take the refund Bradley you should have taken in August 2010. Willfully destroying your truck, when you're aware there's an issue is not smart.

If you noticed the two videos he posted, out of the hole the Diablo tuned truck is much slower up to 4000 RPM. The shift isn't as good. Same settings, since he posted that on another forum.

For folks who don't know about RAMOIL's situation, let me shed some light.

I personally helped RAMOIL's brother facilitate a refund with Superchips outside the 30 day no questions asked warranty period. He was well outside the guarantee. Months. He was offered a refund by Superchips in August of 2010. I know this for fact because, I worked with the Superchips reps who were helping him and offered the refund. He refused the refund. At the time, no one could understand why?

He now has another product he claims functions perfectly for him, yet he still has his defective Superchips sitting on his desk gathering dust and he's still complaining it's not working since August 2010?

While some may be sympathetic to his plight, as a consumer you to ask yourself why he didn't accept the refund that was offered in August 2010? Why does he choose to own a product that doesn't function for him?

Some things just can't be explained.

Ahhhhh keysguy that would explain everything, dude if I wanted to talk to a Superchips employee I would but we all know where that will go. It seems like you twist the story around to how it seems fit to you keysguy/silshemi, that's terrible from a superchips representative. I guess the videos are more then enough discussion not more to argue with there. I'm not going to waste my time arguing with you keysguy/silshemi since you have a biased opinion and seem to say anything needed to make superchips seem perfect but I have had their customer service and to be honest it plain sucks.

Also it's nice to know me and my bro have our own personal stalker, yikes glad we don't live close to each other

I've had the SC Cortex for my 09 since it came out. I recently had an issue with it, called SC customer support. Got a guy on the phone right away and he walked me through the re-programming. My one experience with SC customer support has been great and the tuner has performed wonderfully. I don't street race or use it as a drag truck but when I give it the gas it flat flies and shifts great. A+ product in my opinion.
