Warranty
Sorry if this question is posted in the wrong place, but I didn't know where else to put it. I just purchased a 2009 ram 1500 from a dealership and was told it was still covered by the original warranty. After getting the truck home, from out of state, I realized that they didn't give me any warranty information.
Two questions:
1. Should I have recieved any paperwork about the warranty from the dealership?
2. If I don't need anything, can I bring the truck to any dodge dealer to have work done if necessary?
Ps. The vehichle was also "Certified" and all they gave me was a checklist of stuff they looked at on the truck.

Also you can bring it to any dodge dealer for warranty work or recalls. Call your dealership (even though it's a CPO) and see if there are any open RRT's or Recalls on the vehicle just give the service writer the last 8 of your VIN..
I purchased a Certified Pre Owned 2009 RAM 1500 w/ 7,800 miles about a month ago and it has the 3yr/36,000 mile bumper2bumper warranty and a 6yr/80,000 mile power train warranty. I have it on the contract and it is in the Chrysler/Dodge CPO booklet they gave me. So you should have both I would think.
