Yeah I looked into the f150 with the 5.0...really liked it but they were sure proud of them....a lariat crew cab 2wd was 10k more than my 11 sport...I guess they were just really new and there weren't. Many around when I got my dodge. I really like the looks of my dodge better..

Keep in mind that the guy with the f150 had a chip....if u had a chip on that hemi.....ba bye!

I was also watching on youtube some guys testing the new f150 with the 6.2l....it just barely beat the hemi by like half a truck in the quarter....I expected more since this is the engine that is goin in the raptor.

Yes, I test drove the F-150 with the 6.2L in it and although it was certainly powerful it didn't surprise me either; it seemed very comparable to my Tundra at the time. Personally, I thought my Tundra was most impressive stock. I routinely beat my brother's 2010 Ram Hemi with a diablo predator/magnaflow exhaust with my stock trd tundra with 305 BFG tires. In my view, gearing is one of the most effective modifications for adding power to the wheels; those 4.30's that came with the Tundra gave it an extraordinary advantage off the line. With all of this said, I cannot wait till Diablo updates the 2011's so I can tune this puppy up

Keep an eye on superchips for 2011 support, I just loaded their latest tune file and the shifts are right on.. With the custom trans schedule you can build makes a huge difference in daily driving performance. There are also a few baselines from other members you can start with before making tweaks you want.
