i could be wrong but dont the 11s have chrome door handles where as most the 09 10s are painted

speaking of which any one wanna trade chrome for painted big blue im looking at you lol jk

 

Painted vs. chrome is based on trim level, not year. And thanks for the offer, but no I don't want chrome handles. I didn't like the excessive chrome of the Laramie and Big Horn edition so I went with a Sport to minimize it.

DAMN!!!! im stuck with these four hunks of c(rap)hrome on my truck

but i was walking through a dealership the other day and it seemed all the new stock had chrome handles sports and all.... an d looking at the trx and the outdoorsman mine has chrome where as the trx was colour matched i dunno like i said i could be wrong

 

Check the window stickers. There is a 'chrome option package' that adds chrome items like mirrors, door pulls, body side molding, maybe gas cap. Perhaps the dealer you were at was in the habit of adding that to all the Rams.
