Der Dummkopf, I like that. Good job on the wheels. I guess the only thing I would have done differently was leave the center caps chrome like the lugs. I have decided that I just don't have the budget for new wheels so when the time comes to replace my tires I also am going to paint my wheels also. I'm thinking by then they will be scratched up and ding'd enough. Anyway, it looks good. Jeff.

Nice! I love the black wheels. I might even be a little bit jealous.

What do you happen to have the company's contact information so I can forward it to my Dodge dealership There completely clueless when it comes to this stuff

That was a while back, I got real close to getting the skins, but they backed out , they were worried about Chrysler, getting on to them, but they DO have the skins and sent me a FREAKIN teaser picture to confirm the skins back then (2009).....maybe it has been enough time and they will start selling them, I will look in my OLD notes, and see if i still have the site...on another note ,they make the skins for GM and Ford there also..

Does anyone know what the surface of the wheels are like under the skins...?
I was thinkin about ripping the corroded clad`s off and polishing the aluminum to a bright shiny finish.

Personally, i think the company thats making these crappy clad`s should at least offer selling replacement one`s to the people that are having issues with them. But then again, why bother spending the money on them when they dont last anyways. They should at least offer them for cost, then "let us decide" if we want to waste the money on them or not.

I believe it looks much the same as the factory alloy wheels on the RAM, just not quite the same shape to the spokes. I would guess that means they are painted, so polishing may be unlikely. Though you could clean them up and paint them a metallic shiny color like they did on this one:
