nbd laramie1997, you might want to talk to jasonw. I really dont care what fellow members say about me on any of my threads or post. However dumb i am i would be smart enough to create 2 different users and not use my moderator login to post comments that might not be in line with my status as a moderator. Really i apprieciate your post it has given me something entertaining to do when i am bored.

Well, I don't know where I got the 121, but I was working on the premise that 11111 was not necessarily in binary. Here is the base 10 value of 11111 at the different bases.

B2 B4 B8 B10 B16
^0 1 1 1 1 1 1
^1 1 2 4 8 10 16
^2 1 4 16 64 100 256
^3 1 8 64 512 1000 4096
^4 1 16 256 4096 10000 65536
B10 5 31 341 4681 11111 69905

You're just doing it a little different than I. both answers are correct.
