highbeams are worthless, not happy
i drive with the fog lights and the low beams as they put out twice the light / distance of my high beams. does anybody know the piaa bulbs and how they are. by some reviews, they were better then the ultras. i would rather pay a lil more money and get the better bulb AND more life. right on the ultra box it states 1/4 life expectancy of oem halogens.
im guessing the 9000 series is what would be a direct replacement ?

Best solution is to have a buddy at the dealer re-program the PCM so that the lows and fogs stay on with the highs.
Also, turn the adjuster so they throw farther (but be careful you dont blind oncoming)
A temporary solution is to slowly pull (and hold) the high-beam lever so that all lights are on (or is it click then slowly release?). At any rate, all lights will stay on. But they will only stay on for a few minutes before reverting back to high-beams only. It helps.

Just go drop $50 on some silverstars you'll be a million times happier. Don't go with the Ultras they are bright but they don't last long. I always seem to get a little over a year out of a set of regular H13 Silverstars that I was putting in my Dakota. Sure it's $50 you're dropping but the added visibility is more than worth the price in my book.
