You can go to the predator forums and find detailed write ups on how to resolve you issues.

I just bought the Bully Dog Triple Dog on Monday, got it on Tuesday and installed it on Wednesday in my 2010 Ram 1500 Laramie. I set it to the Regular 85+ octane setting and noticed a big difference in HP right off the bat (setting gives 15-20hp and 15-20 torque increase). It was a very easy download to the truck, not a problem at all. The speedometer lined up perfectly with the truck speedometer. I am sitting at a half a tank of 87 octane gas right now and plan on filling up with 91 octane and trying out the High Octane setting. This setting is suppose to give up to 35 hp gain and 40 torque gain. I will be glad to give you an update on this setting.

Now, to let you know what I have different in my truck:
1. I had the stock muffler, resonators and stock tips removed and replaced with a Flowmaster 40 muffler and 4"x15" new chrome tips put on. Talk about a very nice RUMBLE....

2. I replaced the stock air filter with a K&N filter and noticed significant air flow increase in the Cold Air Intake system. Plan on moving the intake hose from the right side fender well and attaching it to the grill for better and cooler air intake.

So far those are the only changes I have made to my truck, but they did help make a big differnce in performance and definately sound. If you have any questions, just let me know. I will post some pics of the Bully Dog installed.

Hmmm, being new to the forum I guess I need to do some reading about how to add pics. I have them ready for the Bully Dog but haven't figured out how to upload them to the forum....

Does the bully dog mess with the warranty?

To be truthfully honest, I don't know..... I haven't had it long and haven't had any warranty issues at this time. I do know that it resets all settings back to manufacturer settings though. So if I need to ever take it in, I will reset to stock settings and remove the DOG from my truck until warranty work is completed. I haven't read anywhere on any forums about the Bully Dog being a warranty issue, but I could be mistaken.
