RRT's and TSB's disappeared???
Thanks for the replies. The truck just turned 12k and I do my own oil changes/ tire rotations so the truck has not been back to the dealership since I bought it. I have to have the underside of the hood repainted because near the bump stops the hood is being scraped to bare metal and the center seat cushion has to be replaced because it fell in. I also have to get the HVAC recall done. Since it HAS to go to the dealership for the warranty repairs I thought I would have the RRT's done also. None have been done yet and their computer doesn't show they have. I just dont understand. Sounds like I will have to run in every time an RRT or TSB comes out just to make sure its done.
My question is does the RRT/TSBs show up on Chrysler warranty as DONE? By chance if they do someone could have run vin number, run warranty claims to get paid. Work was never actually done. Called theft/fraud. It does happen. Call Chrysler and ask what paid claims are there on your truck. A dealer can pull this up also. If they were submitted for payment each and every RRT/TSB on your vehicle will show up as done. If not done it will say which ones are 'open'.
That would be bad, but times are tough and a crooked service writer, could make that happen as most are paid on commission even if it is warranty work.
I would contact Ram via their website and have them check the status. If they are closed and no work was done, someone needs to be investigated.

That's weird they discredited your RRT's, I just received a phone call from the "Ram" division center and was given 5 inspection codes (RRT's) to have looked at. Went to the dealer, and they corrected all of the issues. They even replaced the chrome ring around the shifter, which the original one wasn't even cracked. I had no RRT for the exhaust though, which I've read here with many other members. Go figure!
