Easy Off is used on plastic motorcycles all the time, to remove paint that was not baked on. Works great for pinstriping, murals, etc. Spray, let sit a LITTLE while, wipe it off.

May have to repeat it several times, but it's magic.

 

ya this did not wirk left on for 3 hours and did not even dent the clear coat

 

yeah unfortunately u just need to sand it all back down to bare plastic or get new pieces off ebay! then try automotivetouchup.com that is what i used and i live in vegas 100+ degrees no problem so far! make sure you prep it real well and use adhesion promoter! Good luck with it.
