I did not go with the air setup as I was scared of leaks and issues especially with the weather here. I went with the Work-Rite 8620 from Firestone. They are really just overloads that replace the factory bump stops. Have not loaded them down yet so I guess I don't have much to say about them yet maybe soon I will get a chance.

from what i recall seeing, those firestone work-rite almost site on the "bump stop" when unloaded, so as soon as you put any weight they are acting as a secondary spring?

was it sitting on the bumpstops before you put the quad in ?

I'm so confused at what your saying. Empty your truck doesn't ride on the bump stops (3/4 space) and then you said they were riding on the bump stops when you installed them? What spacers did you remove?

Before you load your quad or put weight in the bed make sure your bags are inflated before, and put like 30-35 psi and they should work better.

k here goes.... so i buy the kit get it installed. i drive it home it rides like a low rider...go back to shop he removes black spacers 2 or 3 per side..i have roughly about 1/2-3/4 space before they hit. 25 pounds in bags... load my quad sits on the bump stops. my question is that i dont feel the bags are doing anything. here is a picture unloaded with 25psi

Well the bump stops are gonna be much closer to the axle, I'd say it's normal for them to be sitting on the bump stops when loaded, but your bags should always have pressure on them even when empty.. Did the guy remove the spacers where the bags were, I don't think he should have.
