no there was spacers on the bump stops.

 

The thing of it is, those are no longer just 'bump stops' with this kit. They design them as load carrying 'springs' to assist the air and coil springs. If you were truly going to use your truck with close to max loads all the time this may be somewhat useful but mostly I think it is a poor idea. In any event, don't think that these are like your old bump stops that would not engage except at near full suspension travel... These are intended to come into play much sooner.
