That thread talks about the retainers but not the nozzles

I'm going to go the super glue approach with OE parts. Thanks for the help. The gushing water coming out of the broken nozzle does the job but I go through so much water I must fill the reservoir so much that Walmart has run out of bottles.

This has happened on the sister in laws charger, I just heated up a needle and stuck it in each side of the insert melting it and it hasn't came out yet.

The passenger side is missing on my 2010. Dealer charged $25.61 for a new one, think I'll do the install.
The krazy glue sounds like a good solution.

Got mine at the dealer and installed both at once. The one that broke was so brittle it fell apart when removing, so I bought two of them from the dealer. The "good" one fell apart upon removal too. You will need to pull the insulation under the hood back so you can access the nozzles from below; remove a couple of retaining clips to do this. My clips were reusable - try not to damage these as they're crazy expensive from the dealer. Then pull the tubing down and off the nozzle so the nozzle can be accessed. You can try to squeeze the clips on the nozzle from below the hood and push it out the top but when I did this each one of the nozzles broke into small pieces as they were so brittle. When this happens you now have a small hole in the hood that the new nozzle can be snapped into from the top. EZ to get it pointed in the right direction; can't really turn it the wrong way. Now reconnect the tubing, put the insulation back in place and put any retainer clips back in where they were removed from the insulation, and you're in business for another 4-5 years.
