Yeah, I kinda think removing or gutting the cats is kinda going the way of the throttle body spacer myself. Was a time when they were beneficial, but newer technology and the drive for manufacturers to offer more performance to be competitive has these things basically becoming obsolete to where they offer no or even negative benefits.

But I've done the non-fouler thing a few times, once on my own truck (my old 2nd Gen as I stated) and hooked them up for some friends. It works...

Yep, My Mustang runs the same times with high flow cats as it does with no cats, it just stinks a lot more without them. They flow real good on my 08 Ram. I could tell by running it with no muffler during the install of my cat-back.

LTs on my 3rd Gen with no cats and using non-foulers. Works fine.
