How do I tell which transfer case I have, 2011 Dodge ram sport
I am trying to find out what transfer case I have in a 2011 ram sport. Can some one help please. I have looked under the truck, there isnt a plate or a description that matches any of the codes I have seen for transfer cases.
Thanks!!!

What i DO know, is this....
If you have the "AUTO 4x4", you have a BW44-44 (Borg Warner)
The AUTO 4x4 has 4 different modes to select from on the **** on your dash.
Description of **** as follows: 2WD/4WD Auto/4WD Lock/4WD Low
Also, if you have BW44-44 Transfer Case, do NOT use ATF-4 for fluid changes.
The "AUTO 4x4" transfer case BW44-44 has to use regular DEXRON III transmission oil.
The BW44-44 has a viscous clutch pack, has to have the more abrasive dexron-III fluid for the clutch pack to work properly.
