I also have a Billet Tech catch can. I empty mine every oil change. I usually has about 1" of oil the in the bottom. If you get a Billet Tech, don't get the black braided lines, they are the wrong size--they are not the correct diameter and have to be stretched to fit---and it ain't fun to try and stretch them to fit.

A dealer should not be trying to sell you a throttle body service on an electronic throttle body.

So I guess the consensus is that the catch can has reduced the throttle body grime? mine was dirty at 27k mi but the the real issue for me was the stuff right where the valve meets the body and controls the idle.
