Hey guys i fought a constant battle of running into problems with my last dodge with things that went wrong and things i knew would go wrong and i tried to prevent and was constantly spendin money so i got a new 1500 with the new hemi is there anything to worry about later down the road that might go wrong if i leave it all stock? I dont tow and just go to work with it most it will prolly get is an intake and exhaust but i tend to be a lil heavy on the skinny pedel when i see a ricer next to me hahaha anything to worry about? The Hemi has been pretty much trouble free since 04 (03's had some valve spring issues). Just use 89 octane fuel and it will live a long and happy life.
The transmissions, though a bit power robbing, seem to hold up well.

I have an 09 early build. No issues in 30 months of ownership (20,200 miles).
The computer been flashed a couple times for updates for heater control, fuel saver light. Also had two exhaust bolts replaced under a recall/rrt?, even though the exhaust was not leaking.

The truck has been trouble free as far as the engine and transmission. I still like the way it rides/drives. I get right at epa estimate for both in town and highway.

I am with Mike2810. Early build '09 with 35k miles. Just RRT's and service. I do get a smidge over 20 mpg highway and about 14 mpg around town with a CC, 4 X 4, Hemi. Along with all the other pluses this truck has I couldn't be happier.
