For some people 30K miles comes around a lot more often than 2 years.

Is this sufficient, or should they be doing a full alignment?
Why would they not at least offer you the rest of the alignment at a discounted price? I asked them if they would when I had mine done they said they cannot since there is not pricing structure in place, okay charge me half there ya go pricing structure. I like this dealership but something is happening an obvious management change, I know for sure since I know the ex Business Manager, and one of the ex owners or recent, I can tell the difference most of the service people were happy and easy to work with now they argue a bit but it is so dam hard to find a good one.

Had mine replaced Tuesday. Truck is going back tomorrow for a full alignment. The dealer said they set the toe, but the truck now pulls to the left and the steering wheel is slightly off center. It drove fine prior to the replacement.....

I called a few weeks ago to bring it in again because it was like my whole front end would shake when I kit a bump or went over RR tracks and I almost felt like I had little control when this happened. They brought it in and told me the rod ends needed to be replaced and they would call me when the parts came in. I called early this week to see if they were in yet and they informed me about the recall that came out that day that expanded including the rod ends on my truck. They had no idea when the part would eb in becasue of the recall but low and behold I got a call Tuesday that is was in and they are replacing the part today. I am really hoping that this fixes the problem and is not something they did just becasue the recall was out there.

Well, did it fix that problem?
