I would make sure they check to see if the pinion nut is loose. There has been a few posted on here. My friend had a 09' and 10' lock up completely. They have GM trucks now. Dodge lost two customers because of this issue. Both were 3.55 ratio.

 

Sorry to hijack the thread but having 3:55's in my 2011 Sport and having just come back from a road trip to Durango I'm thinking of doing a gear swap. Running 33's with a leveling kit, any recommendations on gear ratio? Not looking to go too low just want more uumph when climbing 6 and 7% grades.
