New to forum
Im new to the forum. I have a 2011 ram with uconnect and need to update firmware. My iphone 4 will start to play for roughly 4 seconds then audio goes off. Does anybody no if you can just get update online?

MyGIG Software Upgrade Version 2.402 (314 MB)
- Fixed iPhone 4 Disconnect Issues.
- Fixed System Mute on MY10 JK during remote start.
- Revision B NOTE: The previous RER 2.402 CD update had a bad part number on the disc that was causing the REP WK updates to fail. This issue has been fixed on this new revision B CD Image. Although changes have been made there is no version change to this update. - If you have sucessfully installed RER 2.402 update there is no need to reinstall it since the only change is the CD part number.
If you don't want to do all that, tell the dealer to get the RER 2.402 update CD and install it for you.

It should either be a 430n or 730n.
If you have the Garmin gps it's the 430, else it's the 730 and the site linked above will help you out.

If you do a little searching on the site I posted you can find ANY of the radios that can be updated on the far left side. RER REN REP REZ REW REU/REX and RBZ radios.

The sales code of your radio should be listed on the bottom right face plate of the radio. Should be a 3 character letter code as described by poster above. Once you have that code, obtaining other information about your unit becomes much easier.
