Default New Shift Motor

With 7,500 miles on the truck I took it in for an oil change and 3 RRT's. On the drive home my SVC 4WD light came on while passing someone. Tried to recreate it and sure enough, there it was. Took the truck back to the dealer and am waiting for a new shift motor. This is the 3rd time I've had this issue with the first happening the day I registered the truck. Truck is a 2011 1500 CC Sport 4x4 HEMI. Anyone else have this happen?

3x for the same issue? In NH you would be close to a lemon law case.

The New Hampshire Lemon Law applies to new motor vehicles purchased or leased with a gross weight of under 9000 pounds, that suffer a nonconformity; a defect or condition, which substantially impairs the use, value or safety; that cannot be repaired after three attempts by an authorized manufacturer's dealership. This nonconformity must occur within the warranty period.
