Default How many brakes with the factory brake control handle?

I have a 2010 Sport 4x4 with the factory brake control. I have a triple axle snowmobile trailer (3,100 empty, 7,500 max cap, 3-3,500 axles, 6 brakes). There is no info in the book on what the factory controller is set-up to handle. I also e-mailed Chrysler and Ram Truck customer service + a contact I have at MOPAR and all said... umm I have no idea? The dealer is checking on it for me now. But does anyone know?? I have the gain set at 7 and seems to stop the trailer just fine but per the instruction in the manual... at 25 I hit the overide and the brakes do not lock up. I really should be locking up at 5... I have more than enough brake for the weight. My worry is at a setting of 7 then I add another 2000lbs of sleds/gear will I have enough power sent to the brakes to handle the load. Also, the output on the ITBC will read 10,20,30... is that %, amps, or voltage? Another thing not in the book.
