Parkview rear back up camera On window sticker but not on truck
Dealer is going to handle camera and install if Dodge won't. Was told camera is standard with 730N radio but if you order 430N instead-no camera-have to order for Extra $200 which makes 730 vs 430 only $200 difference. They agreed does not say that on Dodge spec website or on window sticker. they are being good about it.
Shame the Dodge website isnt more clear on that..
Clota,
Hammer is correct in the fact that if the sticker says you should have it every attempt will be made to get you what the sticker says. Having said that, the sticker also says that it is standard equipment unless replaced by optional equipment. In other words, if you selected an option that caused the deletion of a standard feature the vehicle will not come with the standard feature on it.
Taking into consideration the statement above, if you or anyone else has something on the sticker that is not on the vehicle and the dealer is not correcting the situation then I suggest a call directly to the Chrysler Customer Assistance Center to get the issue resolved. Numbers below.

Unfortunately we have to be very careful taking delivery of these vehicles. Before buying any vehicle, use the window sticker as a "check sheet" and go down the entire list, verifying everything is actually kosher. As soon as you take delivery of the vehicle, EVERYTHING changes, especially your relationship with the dealer. Always be prepared to walk.
With all the computer integration these days it's just hard to believe something would roll out of the factory with a build sheet that doesn't match the actual resulting vehicle's configuration.
As for the window sticker, use this web page to get a copy of your window sticker. This only works for a few months after initial purchase date. Dodge has this lookup directly on their web site somewhere but I couldn't find it when I looked now.

This where carefully reading the window sticker and taking a good test drive before buying the vehicle helps. A radio screen that changes to show the rear view of the vehicle when put into reverse is a hard feature to miss if the sticker was read carefully before taking the test drive. Hopefully it works out well for you.
I was told recently that cameras are standard on anything that is a laramie and above. I'm looking at a new laramie cummins and I don't want the camera. But it comes standard...Maybe tho it comes standard if the radio is a 730 tho.
What I do know tho, is that sometimes dealers will swap options around from vehicle to vehicle. For example side steps, mirrors, chrome handles etc: Maybe at one point they pulled the camera off yours to put on another one and did not update the window sticker only the vin. I am pretty sure all the trucks come with the harnesses to the back, all the dealer would have to do is pull the camera and un-program the deck. Maybe thats what happened to you?

I bought my truck Thursday. I tried your link and it just showed a blank window sticker with "NAN" on it.
