Nope, Ram bolt pattern is 5 on 5.5" and pre-'04 Fords are 5 on 135mm which is approx. 5.3". Interestingly in '04 Ford went to a 6 lug, joining GM, 'Yota and Nissan, leaving Dodge half tons as the only full size truck still utilizing a 5 bolt pattern...

If they are 5 lug "universal" meaning they have ten holes instead of just five (5x5.5 * 5x135) then they should fit that f150.
Also Hammer, did you know Ford went to a 7-lug on the '09+ F-150's? They just couldn't stay the same as everybody else...

tire rack, or any other wheel/tire site provides databases for looking up bolt patterns. just select year, make and model and click on wheels and it will give you the bolt pattern
