Default New to the Ram side of dodge

Hi guys I recently traded my 07 dakota for a 2012 1500 sport. Ive been a member on the dakota side for years but decided to upgrade a few weeks ago. Mod bug has kicked in already air aid intake, magnaflow cat back and truxedo bed cover lol. I don`t know how to properly post pics on the forum so I uploaded them to my albums. Merry Christmas everyone!

Congrats on the new rig! I too drove a couple different Dakotas before moving into a new '05 Ram, and haven't looked back! A lot more room for my Yellow Labs too, lol.

Congrats on the new truck! Which Cat-Back did you go with, Magnaflow 16869? I just put it on my truck and LOVE it!

To upload pics, use a pic hosting site (i.e. Flickr, Photobucket) then once you upload them there then take the link and post it in your post on the forum and it should work.

Haha, yah then you got the 16869, it is sweet! Sounds good, not to loud yet not to quiet...I also threw in a free flow "y-pipe" as well. Those tips really make our rear ends stick out now!!

Really? I will have to check that out. I know they removed it off the gate badge. I thought it was a bad idea, it is not catching on at all. All the parts lookups in books, online, ect are under Dodge.

I was looking at the y pipe when I did the cat back.... Did you build your own or are there kits?
And as far as the brand it's still a dodge ram in the chrysler service mauals they just dropped the dodge for marketing purposes

What do you mean did I build my own or are there kits, are you referring to the y-pipe? I just bought a separate magnaflow y-pipe and had it welded. I'll post a link of my y-pipe install w/ the cat back if you want to take a look..also you'll be able to see the p/n to the y-pipe if you need it.
