Default Oil Catch Can...different this time..?

Question has anyone seen any emulsification in there oil catch can? I emptied mine out today and this is the first time the oil came out emulsified. I'm pretty sure it's just condensation, the weather has been going from hott to cold lately here in NJ, so I'm thinking it's caused from that?... I checked the dipstick and all looks fine and underneath the oil fill cap and all was clear..Just odd to find it here. Also in the bottom of the can it was a little chunky...just want to get other peoples opinion on this.

Here are some pictures...

After I mixed it w/ my previous fills in my 16oz bottle to see how much I'm accumulating (none of my other dumps have had the emulsified look, until this dump)

From what I have read, that is normal in colder weather. Mine has been doing the same for the last 3 months since it got colder.
